Due to the digital nature of our services, particularly the one-time certificate generation system, our refund policy is designed to maintain system integrity and prevent misuse.

Please read this policy carefully before making any payment or using our services. By recharging your wallet or generating certificates, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

General Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

CESD operates on a strict no-refund policy for all digital services, including wallet recharges and certificate generation.

Why No Refunds?

  • Instant Digital Delivery: Certificates are generated and issued instantly, making reversal technically impossible.
  • Permanent Records: Once generated, certificate data is permanently recorded in our verification system.
  • Fraud Prevention: To prevent misuse and maintain certificate authenticity across our network.
  • Fair System: Ensures equal treatment for all training centers and maintains system integrity.

Certificate Generation - No Refunds

Once Generated, Credits Are Non-Refundable

When you generate a certificate, wallet credits are automatically and permanently deducted. This action cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

No Refunds Even If:

  • Student information was entered incorrectly (centers must verify before generation)
  • Certificate was generated by mistake or accidentally
  • Student requests certificate cancellation after generation
  • Center no longer needs the certificate
  • Training was not completed (centers are responsible for verification)

Your Responsibility

Training centers must:

  • Double-check all student information before generating certificates
  • Ensure course completion before certificate issuance
  • Verify student identity and attendance records
  • Maintain sufficient wallet balance for certificate generation

Wallet Recharge - Non-Refundable

Annual Subscription Model

Wallet recharges are annual subscriptions that provide access to our platform and services. These payments are 100% non-refundable.

Why Wallet Recharges Are Non-Refundable

  • Annual Subscription: Payment is for year-long access to our platform, not per-certificate.
  • Instant Activation: Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.
  • Platform Services: You gain immediate access to management panel, student registration, and all features.
  • Operational Costs: Our infrastructure and support services are active from the moment of activation.

No Refunds for Wallet Recharge

  • Center no longer wishes to use the platform
  • Payment made by mistake
  • Center closes or stops operations
  • Credits not used within the subscription period
  • Change of mind after payment

Rare Exceptions - Technical Errors Only

Refunds may be considered only in extremely rare cases where a technical error on our platform's side results in:

Eligible Technical Issues

  • Double Payment: System error causes wallet to be charged twice for the same transaction.
  • Payment Failure: Payment was deducted from your bank but credits were not added to wallet due to system malfunction.
  • Server Error: Certificate generation failed due to our server issue but credits were still deducted.

Refund Request Process (Technical Issues Only)

  1. Contact us immediately at admin@lms.com
  2. Provide transaction details, payment proof, and error description
  3. Our technical team will investigate within 48-72 hours
  4. If confirmed as our error, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  5. Refunds are issued via bank transfer to the original payment account

NOT Eligible for Refund

  • User errors (wrong information entered, accidental generation)
  • Internet connectivity issues on center's end
  • Browser compatibility or device-related problems
  • Misunderstanding of how the system works

Refund Processing Time (If Approved)

In the extremely rare case where a refund is approved due to a technical error on our end:
