Agreement to Terms

Welcome to CESD. By accessing or using our platform, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (training center, student, or visitor) and CESD.

Definitions

"Platform" refers to the CESD website, management system, and all associated services.
"Center" refers to authorized training centers registered on our platform.
"Student" refers to individuals enrolled in courses through authorized centers.
"Certificate" refers to digital or physical course completion certificates issued through our platform.
"Wallet" refers to the credit-based payment system used by centers.

Registration & Account Management

Center Registration

Centers must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Director's personal information including name, contact details, and identification documents are required.
Centers must submit valid documentation and photographs for verification.
Registration is subject to approval by CESD administration.
One center ID per physical location. Multiple registrations for the same location are prohibited.

Account Security

Centers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
All activities performed under a center's account are their responsibility.
Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited.

Wallet & Payment System

How the Wallet System Works

Annual Recharge: Centers must recharge their wallet annually through UPI payment to continue using our services.

Credit System: The wallet operates on a credit-based system where each certificate generation consumes credits.

Automatic Deduction: Credits are automatically deducted when a certificate is generated successfully.

No Payment Gateway: We use direct UPI transfers. No third-party payment gateways are involved.

Important Payment Terms

Wallet recharges are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
Unused credits do not expire but require annual subscription renewal to remain active.
Centers are responsible for ensuring sufficient wallet balance before generating certificates.
We reserve the right to modify credit costs with prior notice.

Certificate Generation & Management

One-Time Generation Policy

Certificates are digitally generated and cannot be reversed once created. This is a fundamental aspect of our system designed to maintain certificate integrity and prevent fraud.

Centers must verify all student information before generating certificates.

No Refunds: Once a certificate is generated and credits are deducted, no refunds will be provided.

No Regeneration: Duplicate certificate generation for the same student is not permitted without valid justification.

Each certificate has a unique identification number for verification purposes.

Certificates are permanently recorded in our secure database for verification.

Student Data Responsibilities

Training centers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of student data entered into the system.

Centers must obtain proper consent from students before adding their information.
All student data must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Centers must verify student identity before enrollment and certificate issuance.
False or fraudulent student data entry may result in account termination.
Centers are liable for any legal issues arising from incorrect or unauthorized data entry.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

Fraudulent Activities

• Creating fake student profiles
• Issuing certificates without proper training
• Falsifying student attendance or records

Account Misuse

• Sharing account credentials
• Using unauthorized multiple accounts
• Attempting to bypass security measures

Technical Violations

• Attempting to hack or exploit the system
• Using automated bots or scripts
• Reverse engineering platform code

Intellectual Property

• Copying or reproducing certificates
• Using CESD branding without permission
• Reselling platform services

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of CESD.
Certificates issued through our platform remain the intellectual property of CESD.
Centers may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

Account Termination

We May Terminate If:

You violate any terms and conditions
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Your account remains inactive for extended periods
You fail to renew your annual subscription

Upon Termination:

Your access to the platform will be immediately revoked
Previously issued certificates remain valid and verifiable
Unused wallet credits will be forfeited (no refunds)
You may appeal the termination by contacting support

Limitation of Liability

CESD provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.

We Are Not Liable For:

Incorrect student data entered by training centers
Loss of business or revenue due to system downtime
Decisions made by employers based on certificate verification
Third-party actions or unauthorized access to accounts
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform.

Major changes will be notified via email to registered centers
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms
The "Last Updated" date will reflect the most recent changes
